Warehouse Lending
The experienced attorneys of the Warehouse Lending group regularly represent industry-leading lenders in a wide array of matters related to mortgage warehouse facilities and related facilities, such as gestation lines, hospital lines, MSR financing, HECM and HECM tail financing and other facilities targeted towards mortgage originators.
Our lawyers are involved in all aspects of structuring and documenting credit facilities, including preparing and negotiating the financing documents and performing due diligence review. We also serve as program counsel for lenders that choose to document their facilities in-house. For those clients, we prepare, update and administer their form documentation and we are available to advise them on unique issues that arise from time to time.
In addition, we represent clients in other areas of the mortgage origination industry, such as correspondent lending.
