This appointment is a significant honor. The Legislative Committee plays a critical role in endorsement screenings and advocacy efforts for the multifamily industry, representing the interests of property owners and operators across the region. Notably, only one attorney is selected for service on this committee at a time, reflecting the high level of trust and respect the industry places in Roberto’s insight and leadership.
Roberto’s experience is in commercial litigation, bankruptcy law, real estate law and other civil litigation and currently focuses his practice on the representation of landlords, multi-family owners, developers, and managers throughout Texas.
