Richard A. McKinney
I practice in the areas of business litigation and creditors’ rights on behalf of the Firm’s lender and loan servicing clients. I have extensive experience which allows me to resolve cases prior to the case expanding into full-blown litigation.

Mr. McKinney has been licensed since 1984.
Mr. McKinney has extensive experience representing clients with respect to general contract disputes, deceptive trade practice clients, fair debt collection practice claims, construction disputes, foreclosures, foreclosure litigation and other business claims. Although Mr. McKinney resolves most of his clients’ disputes through summary judgment and/or mediations, he has first chair experience with numerous jury and bench trials. He appears extensively in state court and federal bankruptcy court representing creditors.
Mr. McKinney is admitted to the Texas Bar. In addition, he is admitted to the all Federal Districts in Texas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
