John Quincy (“J.Q.”) Adams III concentrates his practice primarily in the fields of commercial finance, commercial real estate, general corporate business transactions, intellectual property, and banking acts and regulations.
Mr. Adams takes pride in the versatility and breadth of his practice, having counseled individual and corporate clients alike on a wide variety of business oriented legal matters, and works tirelessly to ensure the client’s objectives are obtained as expeditiously and efficiently as possible. He has worked with clients ranging from institutional lenders and start-up businesses to individuals and groups of individuals on a wide array of transactional matters from construction financing and commercial lending, to business entity selection, structuring, formation, scaling and maintenance/operations, to drafting, reviewing and negotiating various contracts, agreements, instruments and other documents.
