I am a litigator with an emphasis on commercial real estate. I represent multi-family owners, landlords, developers, and property managers throughout Texas. I focus on delivering the best outcome for my clients through my confidence in the courtroom, extensive preparation, and a fierce attention to detail.

Mr. Lock received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Economics and Public Policy, and Mr. Lock graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law.
Prior to joining Higier Allen & Lautin, PC, Mr. Lock served in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corp. Mr. Lock also spent time early in his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Dallas County.
In his free time, Mr. Lock enjoys playing rugby, studying history, and spending time with his family.
Mr. Lock is a commercial litigator and primarily focuses his practice on representing multi-family owners, developers, landlords, and managers. Mr. Lock supports clients in landlord-tenant matters, including evictions, small claims, code enforcement, vendor disputes, and premises liability issues.
