Ms. Hunsicker has extensive experience in the real estate business. She has experience with commercial litigation, assisting clients with landlord-tenant litigation including evictions, fair housing matters, code enforcement, vendor disputes, and premises liability issues.

She has many years of real estate management experience, having owned a multifamily property management company. She was also a tenant representative for several national restaurant concepts, helping to implement their national strategic plans through site selection and real estate negotiation. She is a licensed Broker with the Texas Real Estate Commission.
