Mr. Woods received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Purdue University and graduated from Southern Methodist University Law School. Mr. Woods received his law license in 1988 and has practiced continuously since that time.

Mr. Woods has extensive experience in both courtroom and arbitration proceedings. Mr. Woods has over 30 years’ experience representing financial institutions, real estate developers, contractors, and all types of small or large entities. During his career, Mr. Woods has had the privilege of guiding his clients through the trial process, and when necessary through the appellate Courts. Mr. Woods has represented clients in both the Texas Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Woods has several successful appeals which have resulted in published opinions affecting legal precedent in various areas of law.
Mr. Woods prides himself on working with each client to find the best solution to their business problem. He will keep the client informed and involve the client in all major decisions. He will honestly evaluate a case and provide the best possible representation.
