Kevin L. Pressley
My practice primarily consists of representing banks and commercial loan originators in financing multi-family housing transactions with a focus on affordable housing developments. I also assist our firm’s litigation practice with a variety of commercial real estate and other related matters.
Mr. Pressley earned his Bachelor of Science in History with honors from Texas Wesleyan University in Forth Worth, Texas, in 2012. Afterwards, he relocated to Southeast Ohio, where he worked as a Landman in the Marcellus and Utica shales until July 2019 when he returned to DFW to attend law school. He graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law with honors in May 2022.
Before venturing into the study of law, Mr. Pressley spent six years in Southeast Ohio as an oil and gas landman, researching surface and mineral ownership in multiple Ohio and West Virginia counties and ultimately securing a position as a Project Coordinator overseeing his company’s Curative Title operations.
