Dallin B. Holt Associate

Dallin Holt is a commercial litigator and primarily focuses his practice in the representation of multi-family owners, developers and managers in landlord/tenant issues including evictions and fair housing matters. Dallin also has a broad range of litigation experience and handles all aspects of litigation from discovery to final judgment.

Prior to attending law school Dallin worked with the Utah State Legislature, Governor Jon Huntsman, Jr., and at the White House under President George W. Bush. Dallin also worked for four years as a political communications consultant and advised campaigns in local, state, and federal races. During his time in law school, Dallin served as a judicial extern for United States Magistrate Judge Jeffrey C. Manske.

  • Dallin served as an Assistant City Attorney and Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Waco, Texas. In this capacity, Dallin advised the City on complex contract and legal matters and tried dozens of trials to final verdict.
